Amaya's Restaurant Chef Camron Woods presents enticing entrées this spring, such as Seared Sustainable Sea Bass with confit grape tomatoes, yellow tomato broth and garden fresh basil and Rotisserie Veal Chop with gratin of asparagus, prosciutto and gruyere, and roasted garlic jus.
Amaya's distinctive Mediterranean-style menu is also characterized by an array of tempting sides, sharable dishes, such as Flat Breads and a Carpaccio Trio, and savory items roasted on an authentic wood-burning rotisserie.
Lunch items starts at $13. Dinner entrées start at $25, and a seasonal three-course Chef’s Tasting Menu is also available nightly for $40.
