Menu Highlights
Amaya's distinctive menu features American cuisine with Mediterranean influences. Chef Matthew Sramek presents an array of tempting appetizers, pastas and risotto, and savory entrees, such as Grilled Garlic Prawns with a pistachio and sweet pepper romesco and Rotisserie Veal Chop with gratin of asparagus and prosciutto. 

Decadent offerings from the talented pastry team highlight seasonal fruits and classic indulgences — the perfect ending to your evening’s culinary journey.

Amaya's wine cellar draws from the United States, Spain, Italy and France, further enhancing the Mediterranean influences of the setting.
