Menu Highlights
Amaya's distinctive menu features American cuisine with Mediterranean influences. Amaya Executive Chef Camron Woods presents an array of tempting appetizers, pastas and risotto, and savory entrees, such as Harissa Grilled Prawns with Baby Eggplant, Rapini and Green Garlic Chimichurri and Oven-Roasted Veal Strip Steak with Ragout of Osso Buco, Hen of the Woods Mushrooms and Rosemary Jus.

An acclaimed selection of wines from Spain, Italy and France further enhance the Mediterranean flavors of Woods' menu, while the decadent offerings from the talented pastry team highlight seasonal fruits and classic indulgences — the perfect ending to your evening’s culinary journey.

 Jesse Rodriguez takes wine enthusiasts on a tour of Spain, Italy and France, further enhancing the Mediterranean flavors of Woods' menu. The expansive wine list also includes an impressive selection of wines from America, and a nightly Chef’s Tasting Menu offers a decadent food and wine experience – three courses with wine pairings for only $85.
